One suggestion that is to choose just one healthy product that you could focus on continuously for a month. For example honey.

Making/ changing simple habits:
 

The first change à Drink water instead of juice, pop, packed drinks or sports drinks. It became a habit.
Second change à Drink coffee black instead of with cream and sugar. It became a habit.
Third change à Don’t eat oily/ fried product early in the morning (empty stomach)  – avoid them at all costs. It became a habit.
One of my most recent changes à Do 10 minutes of stretching every morning right when you get out of bed.  It will make you active whole day.


Make a smart change in your life and establish it as a strong habit FIRST, then move on to another change. And slowly, one change at a time, you will start to lead a MUCH healthier lifestyle. Totally your lifestyle will change with the change of your personality.
