Fitness secrets of Miss India 2015 Aditi Arya


During the interview with Femina Miss India World 2015, Aditi Arya, we found out about her fitness and diet rules, which help her maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 

Fitness

She makes it a mark to hit the gym twice in a week for high altitude training. Along with this, she also follows Pilates under the guidance of fitness expert, Sameer Purohit. Gifted with a lean body, her only fitness mantra is to keep mind stress-free as she firmly believes that mental fitness is primary for a healthy body.

She has started working out to tone her muscles and build overall physical strength as well. She always suggests that adding a thirty minute exercise plan along with five minutes of meditation can work wonders to one’s health in life.

 

Diet

The beauty pageant titleholder loves regular home-cooked food but also follows a highly balanced diet plan in her life. Aditi starts her day with two glasses of lukewarm water and a pinch of cinnamon. She intake five meals in a day, which includes a bowl of fresh fruits as a midday meal and a small evening snack. She loves to eat fresh homemade food with minimal oil for rest of the three meals.

She always avoids overeating but even if she does, she tends to replace high calorie meals with the food containing low calories in her food. Her favorite go to food is a platter of fruits. “While I don’t believe in crash detox diets, my idea of detoxification comes from avoiding processed food and consuming food made from natural ingredients, preferably home cooked.

 

Beauty regime

The leggy lass believes that skin care is as essential as diet and fitness routine. Her bed time routine involves complete make-up removal followed by applying an oil free moisturizer before dozing off. “Keeping cool green tea bags on the eyes when tired could bring some good relief,” she suggests to all.

Aditi always carries a sunscreen with her. “Further, a Chapstick and wet wipes are good to go when one spends an entire day out to avoid dullness on the skin and face as well,” aditi says. To avoid any harm to your skin by makeup, she recommends using a best quality moisturizer and primer before applying makeup on face.

Aditi also believes that no external beauty product can bring upon the natural glow on your face and body. She remarks that it is only by intake a healthy diet with the right amount of water that you can tone up the fairness and glow of your skin.
