We know very well how much heat we feel during the summer. We can not stay continuously in cooler and air condition. So we are providing you some tips to take care yourself anywhere. Lets have a look:

1) Drink a glass of fresh and natural water before breakfast, lunch or dinner.
2) Eat a big breakfast and meal should be small throughout the day.
3) If you are in office then, enjoy your lunch time. Eat slowly and rat delicious food.
4) Intake calories in next 20 minutes. Stay active!!
5) Intake protein in a huge amount and remember about the sizes of protein.
6) Exercise is important for fitness. So always perform core strengthening exercise.
7) Dilution of sweets in your diet.
8) Do pushups and other body weight exercise.
9) Don’t skip your breakfast and any meal throughout the day.
10) Do rest proper. it’s necessary for your body to stay fit. Sleep at least 7 hours in a day.
11) Try to reduce salt in your meal.
