During and after pregnancy mother should eat food that contains huge amounts of vitamins and nutrition. A well–balanced diet that has sufficient requirements of proteins she should follow, minerals, calcium, iron and vitamins and is easily digestible. During the diet need to take care of excessive calories which can lead to permanent obesity. For unborn mom should also increase milk intake to about 650 ml a day along with fish, meat, eggs and plenty of fresh fruits in her diet.
Total Need Extra Food
During pregnancy mom can increase approx 10 kg weight . This can be differ from women to women. in the second trimester dietetic iron is not sufficient to meet the daily requirement. Pregnant women should visit her physician preferably within the first 7 weeks of pregnancy. The check up is done at intervals of 4 weeks from the first visit. The first hospital visit should also occur between 12 and 16 weeks.
Ultrasound Test: Should be 16–18 weeks of gestation.
Antenatal Advice: You can take advice from your doctor as well from your husband.
Clothing: During pregnancy woman should wear loose and comfortable fitting clothes.
Footwear: Avoid the use of high–heeled shoes.
Rest and sleep: All pregnant women should avoid arduous work especially in the first trimester. Sleep should be for 10 hrs. at night and 2 hrs In the day.
Along with this you need to take care of Traveling, Exercise (Most important) , Breathing exercises, Coitus, Smoking(Don’t use), Dental Care etc.
