Meditation is all about rest, rest means how much concentrate on your work at a time. One of my friend told me that meditation means to blank your mind ( not thinking anything) in a infinite zone. He usually does at least 45 minutes meditation along with yoga. Yoga and meditation both are connected to each other.  If you can balance your mind then you are ready to start yoga. In day to day life we suffer from stress and then we take rest, but the proper rest will come, when you don’t remember your work.

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is those types of meditation where you can do through mantra. In this meditation a sound vibration (mantra), when used in a clear cut way and it gives you deep relaxation and also keeps you alert as well.

In today’s era where stress hook on faster than our sensitive eye can see or  our brain can perceive. If we talk that meditation then it’s not a luxury.  It is a necessity. To be unconditionally happy and to have peace of mind, we need to spigot into the power of meditation!

Benefits of meditation are shower. It is an essential practice for cerebral sanitation. To do a regular meditation it gives you the good concentration, clarity of perception, better communication, inner strength and good luck are all natural results.
